Praktikant GS/VC

WEILER’s best-selling machine for high level training combines good quality and  versatility with straight-forward operation; and of course, all relevant safety aspects have been taken into account to prevent risk during operation.

Approved Safety (Praktikant GS)

The Praktikant is available in two versions:

VC and GS. The Praktikant VC has a direct drive without a gearbox, while the Praktikant GS has a two-speed motor.

As an additional option, WEILER digital readouts for VC machines with constant cutting speeds may be installed – for total control of the production process.

Other advantages include:

• Direct selection of cutting speeds

• Full range selection of speed limitation

• Active monitoring (tool position, main drive, etc.)

Maybe you’re interested in a digital readout as an additional feature for your Praktikant? It provides information on the positions of the three axes for carriage, cross slide and top slide (Z, X and Zo), so that you know their locations at any given time. It even permits storage of 9 tools – convincing, isn’t it?
