Submitting the master thesis

WEILER grants opportunities for students writing a master’s thesis on electric or mechanical engineering, thus establishing links between theory and practice and promoting dialogue between the two.

We are very flexible with regard to thesis topics – your preferences will be well considered.  However, we believe the possibility of practical application is essential and feel it should accompany theoretical approaches. One in house thesis topic explored mounting a milling unit on a lathe with automated cycles.

Subject of the master thesis

Thesis authors as project managers   Thesis authors may be put in charge of an entire project with a time schedule that makes it possible for them to participate in the practical implementation of the idea.   Of course, you wouldn’t have to work alone. You would be part of a team that closely cooperates with other departments – this ensures and supports an innovative environment.   Please send us your application approximately 6 months before the intended start of the master’s thesis work.
